LAS Bespoke – Service, Deposit & Liability Policy

 

Booking & Deposit Policy

  • All services at LAS Bespoke are by appointment only and require a deposit to secure a booking.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, the client agrees that the time slot, staff allocation, and materials are being reserved specifically for their vehicle.
  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.
  • Vehicle Drop-Off & Service Commitment.
  • Once a vehicle has been dropped off at LAS Bespoke, the service is considered active.

 

At this stage:

  • Shop time has been reserved exclusively.
  • Staff and installers have been scheduled.
  • Materials may have been prepared or used.

 

Due to this, no refunds will be issued once:

A deposit has been paid and the booking is confirmed, or
The vehicle has been dropped off and is under our care

 

This applies regardless of:

  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of scope after booking
  • Delays related to workflow, parts, or scheduling
  • Requests made before or during service
  • Work in Progress Disclaimer
  • All services performed by LAS Bespoke involve multiple stages including preparation, correction, and installation.

 

Clients understand that:

  • Vehicles may appear incomplete during different stages of the process
  • Results are only representative upon full completion
  • No claims, disputes, or refund requests will be considered based on work that is not yet completed.
  • Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
  • Clients are fully responsible for the condition of their vehicle prior to drop-off.

 

LAS Bespoke is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, chips, dents, swirl marks, or paint defects
  • Mechanical or electrical issues
  • Previous damage or poor workmanship

 

Clients are strongly advised to:

  • Inspect their vehicle before drop-off
  • Document any existing damage with photos or video
  • Notify staff of any concerns
  • Any damage not documented or communicated prior to service will be considered pre-existing.

 

Liability During Service

LAS Bespoke takes all reasonable precautions to handle vehicles with care.
In the rare case of verified damage directly caused by our team, the situation will be reviewed and resolved at management’s discretion.

 

LAS Bespoke is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Environmental factors
  • Third-party involvement
  • Issues that arise after the vehicle has left the premises
  • Shop Access & Vehicle Viewing
  • For safety, insurance, and operational reasons, access to service areas or partner facilities may be restricted.
  • Vehicle viewing during service is by approval only.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable notice but is not guaranteed.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
  • Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
  • By proceeding with a booking, deposit, or vehicle drop-off, the client agrees not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks.

 

LAS Bespoke reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with:

  • Signed agreements
  • Invoices
  • Communication records
  • Photo and video evidence
  • Any fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in legal action.
  • Agreement to Terms

By paying a deposit, booking a service, or dropping off a vehicle, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
All services are final and non-refundable once initiated.
